Does something feel off?

You're not broken—you're beginning to notice what you need.

When the pace, pressure, and politics start to drown out your inner voice, therapy can help you recalibrate. This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you listen to yourself without apology or noise. Let’s untangle what’s yours to carry—and what never was.

Hi, I’m Mary

Before I became a therapist, I spent 25 years navigating the high-pressure, high-responsibility environments many of my clients are trying to make sense of.

My background spans tech, finance, leadership, and nonprofit work. I’ve built teams, carried budgets, led through change, and watched smart, thoughtful people quietly burn out while still showing up and getting things done. I understand what it’s like to look capable on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, unmoored, or unsure of what you actually want underneath.

I’m here to help uncover those wants and needs with strategic, collaborative therapeutic techniques.

I offer individual therapy for those looking to make tangible changes in their life. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, which means we’ll use tools that are practical, collaborative, and designed to make an impact.

I’m intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and I also integrate a variety of other tools and techniques to find the approach that’s right for you. In addition, I’m certified in the Trauma of Money method and as an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider.

I have two offices, one in Seattle, WA and one in Bellevue, WA. I’m available to meet in-person at either location, or I can come to you — I sometimes meet with clients between meetings at work or wherever they are most comfortable. I also offer online options.
